We had the distinct and awesome pleasure of interviewing our incredible colleague Ob Malope! Over the past 7 years, Ob Malope has been running South Africa’s premier optometric consulting firm called Visionstryt. Practices all over South Africa have utilized Ob Malope’s skills and expertise. We wanted to get a bite of the action, so we are fortunate enough to learn from the best of the best. We learned about knowing your worth, and creating your own niche in business. How to be an employer that pays their employees fairly, and continues to pay them well to retain their employees. Not only did we learn about how to be a good employer, we learned about eye care in Africa. Ob and our very own Darryl Glover created a website called Eyefrica that helps unite an entire CONTINENT in their eye care practices. We could not be more in awe of such an incredible colleague.
