Transitions has announced that Transitions® Academy 2024 will take place February 11 to 14, 2024 at the JW Marriott Grande Lakes in Orlando, Fla.
Transitions® Academy 2024 will continue to provide industry professionals with the opportunity to expand their knowledge through expert presentations, inspiring guest speakers, and Transitions®product and professional development workshops. The winners of the 2023 Transitions® Innovation Awards will also be announced during the event.
Industry professionals who wish to attend Transitions® Academy 2024 can do so through the following ways:
- Become a Transitions® Innovation Award Finalist – The awards are open to optical industry professionals, educators, retailers, optical laboratories and independent eyecare professionals and practices. The Transitions® Innovation Awards categories include: 2023 Transitions® Healthy Sight Ambassador (individual-only award), Retailer of the Year, Eyecare Practice of the Year, Channel Partner of the Year and Best in Training. - Ask Your Lens Supplier Representative – Industry professionals should let their Transitions® lens supplier know they would like to register for Transitions® Academy. Many lens suppliers are providing opportunities for customers to attend. In addition to the opportunity supplied by their lens supplier, two additional programs are also offered:
- Practices enrolled in the Essilor Preferred Rewards program can redeem their points for Transitions® Academy registration and hotel.
- Many optical labs are also participating in The Road to Transitions® Academy program where every pair on Transitions lenses sold can earn points for Transitions® Academy registration and hotel. Ask your lab representative or email cservice@transitions.com for more information.
