Back to school is almost here and this new survey finds that half of parents skip back to school eye exams for their kids.

Centerbridge Partners, owner of Superior Vision, announced they have bought Davis Vision for an undisclosed amount. The combo of these two vision plans would make them the third largest vision care plan behind EyeMed and VSP. (via)
