First it was male doctors, now it’s the aging doctor.

Last December, a Harvard study showed female doctors had better outcomes for their elderly patients than their male counterparts. Now Harvard is going after the olds.
They reviewed data on more than 700,000 hospital admissions of elderly patients cared for by nearly 19,000 physicians.
The findings? Patient mortality rates increased with physician age.
